عنوان فارسی ارزیابی و تحلیل رضایت‌مندی روستاییان از خدمات سازمان‌های محلی‌استان ایلام
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه در حکومت‌های مردم‌سالار پاسخگویی به مردم و رضایت آنها نسبت به خدمات محلی اهمیت حیانی در جلب مشارکت مردم در اداره امور و به تبع آن موفقیت سازمان‌ها دارد. در نواحی روستایی طیف وسیعی از خدمات توسط سازمان‌های عمومی و محلی ارائه می‌شود. رضایت روستاییان از کیفیت خدمات آنها، یکی از شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد عمومی آنها نیز محسوب می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف سنجش و تحلیل رضایت اعضاء‌شورای اسلامی روستایی از کیفیت خدمات سازمان‌های محلی فعال در نواحی روستایی استان ایلام به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه اعضاء شورای اسلامی روستایی روستاهای استان می‌باشد که به دلیل ضرورت آگاهی از رضایتمندی در کلیه روستاها، مطالعه به صورت تمام شماری انجام شد و در مجموع 1130 پرسشنامه از 398 روستای بالای 20 خانوار گردآوری شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه بسته از جامعه آماری گردآوری شد. در این تحقیق برای سنجش رضایت روستاییان از مدل شکاف کیفیت خدمات، برای تحلیل نتایج و ارزیابی نظر روستاییان از آزمون کای اسکوئر تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور مقایسه و سطح‌بندی رضایتمندی روستاییان از کیفیت خدمات سازمان‌های محلی از تحلیل خوشه‌ای و برای مقایسه میزان رضایت روستاییان در شهرستان‌های مختلف از آزمون تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی دانکن استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد روستاییان در مجموع نسبت به عملکرد سازمان‌های محلی رضایت اندکی دارند. در این میان روستاییان دهلران کمترین و روستاییان شهرستان ایلام بیشترین رضایت را از خدمات عمومی دارا می‌باشند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری بین شاخص عمومی برخورداری و ارتباط معکوس و معنی‌داری بین شاخص میانگین فاصله دسترسی با شاخص رضایت‌ عمومی وجود دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today in democratic governments, accountability to people and obtain the consent of them form local services is important for people's participation in local governance and consequently it is important to organizational success. In rural areas, wide range of services offered by local public organizations. Rural Satisfaction with the quality of their services, is one of the public performance indicators. The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the rural people satisfaction from services quality of local organizations in Ilam province. Research Statistical Unit, is all villages with over 20 households in Ilam province. Research Statistical population is all members of the village councils and the study was done by counting all. The overall 1130 questionnaires were collected from 398 villages. The data were collected using a closed questionnaire.The model of Service Quality Gaps was used to assessment of villager’s satisfaction and One sample Chi-square used to analysis and assessment of comments. Also Cluster analysis was used to compare and cluster the villagers' satisfaction and one way ANOVA tests and Duncan's post hoc test was used to compare the satisfaction of villagers in different counties. The results showed that the villagers have little satisfaction in all of the local organizations. Cluster analysis results show that villagers are the most satisfaction from primary education, rural health centers and telephone services. Also ANOVA results show that villagers in Dehloran County are less and Ilam County most satisfied with the public services. Correlation analysis revealed that a positive correlation exists between index of rural enjoyment and the public consensus. Also there is a negative correlation between distance of accessibility index and the public consensus.
