عنوان فارسی کارآفرینی اجتماعی و نقش آن در توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان روستایی (مطالعۀ موردی: زنان شاغل در واحدهای تولید لباس در دهستان توپقره شهرستان خدابنده)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش کارآفرینی اجتماعی مبتنی بر گروه‌‌های خودیار در توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان روستایی در دهستان توپقره (شهرستان خدابنده- استان زنجان) پرداخته است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق 645 نفر از زنان شاغل در کارگاه تولیدی لباس است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 240 مورد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده بود. به دلیل مشارکت بالای افراد تعداد 271 پرسشنامه تکمیل و مبنای تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای گردآوری داده‌‌ها از روش میدانی مبتنی بر تکمیل پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. داده‌‌های گردآوری شده با بهره‌‌گیری از آزمون‌‌های T تک‌نمونه‌‌ای، ویلکاکسون و کروسکال والیس تجزیه‌‌ و تحلیل شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون T تک‌نمونه‌‌ای نشان داد که کارآفرینی اجتماعی تأثیر مثبتی بر روی همۀ شاخص‌‌های توانمندسازی زنان روستایی دارد و شاخص‌‌های مشارکت در تصمیم‌‌گیری‌‌های خانوار و ارتقای امنیت فردی و اجتماعی زنان هر دو با میانگین عددی (4/11) بیش‌‌ترین تأثیر را در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی داشته است. هم‌‌چنین، نتایج آزمون ویلکاکسون نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در همۀ شاخص‌‌های تحقیق در سطح 99 درصد وجود دارد و بیش‌‌ترین تغییرات در شاخص‌‌های خوداتکایی اجتماعی- اقتصادی (11/511-) و آزادی و تحرک اجتماعی (11/508-) مشاهده شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: کارآفرینی اجتماعی مبتنی بر گروه‌های خویار زنان روستایی به بهبود شاخص‌های اقتصادی توانمندسازی زنان روستایی کمک کرده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Social Entrepreneurship and Its Role in the Economic Empowerment of Rural Women (Case Study: Women Employed in Clothing Production Units in Topqareh Rural District, Khodabandeh County)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: The present study aims to investigate the role of social entrepreneurship based on self-help groups in the economic empowerment of rural women in Topqareh rural district in Khodabandeh County (Zanjan province).
Methods: The present study is of an applied type, and its method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the study is 645 women working in a clothing production workshop, of which 240 were selected as a sample using the Cochran formula. Due to the high participation of the individuals, 271 questionnaires were completed and used as the basis for analysis. A field method based on completing a questionnaire was used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using one-sample t-tests, Wilcoxon, and Kruskal-Wallis tests.
Results: The results of the one-sample t-test showed that social entrepreneurship has a positive effect on all indicators of rural women's empowerment, and the indicators of participation in household decision-making and promotion of women's personal and social security both had the greatest impact on rural women's empowerment, with a numerical mean of (4.11). Also, the results of the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference in all research indicators at the 99% level, and the greatest changes were observed in the indicators of socio-economic self-reliance (-11.511) and social freedom and mobility (-11.508).
Conclusions: Social entrepreneurship based on rural women's self-help groups has helped improve the economic indicators of rural women's empowerment.
