عنوان فارسی شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر زیست پذیری شهری با تأکید بر محیط-زیست موردکاوی: منطقه ۱۱ کلان‌شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زیست پذیری مفهومی پیچیده و چندبُعدی دارد و تضمین‌کننده عملکرد اکوسیستم از کوچک‌ترین واحد جغرافیایی تا سطح کره زمین یا به‌عبارتی‌دیگر از سطوح محلی تا سطوح جهانی است و الگوهای آن از یک منطقه به منطقه دیگر کاملاً متفاوت است. در این راستا، در سه دهه گذشته، علاوه بر اﺛـﺮات ﻣﺨـﺮب اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ، کاربرد منابع و صنایع مضر، آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ ﺟﻮی، ﻧـﺎزک ﺷـﺪن ﻻﻳـﻪ ازن، ﺗﺸـﺪﻳﺪ ﭘﺪﻳﺪه گلخانه‌ای و اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻌﺪد ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از اﻳﻦ پدیده‌ها، در شهر تهران و منطقه 11، موجب آلودگی­های متنوع زیست‌محیطی و ﺗﺨﺮﻳـﺐ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ و ﻛـﺎﻫﺶ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ شده است که ﻧﻴﺎز ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ را افزایش داده است. بدین منظور در این پژوهش سعی گردیده است که به‌صورت سیستمی و نظام­مند پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر زیست پذیری با تأکید بر شاخص­های زیست­محیطی در منطقه 11 کلان‌شهر تهران شناسایی و تحلیل شوند. در این پژوهش ابتدا با تکنیک پویش محیطی و دلفی، 57 عامل اولیه در یازده حوزه مختلف استخراج‌شده و سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی مدیران، ماتریس اثرات متقاطع مؤلفه‌ها تشکیل گردیده است. در مرحله بعدی از طریق نرم­افزار میک­مک نسبت به تحلیل ماتریس اقدام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پراکندگی متغیر­ها در محور تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری عوامل در نرم­افزار میک­مک، حاکی از ناپایداری سیستم در محدوده مورد­­مطالعه است و بر همین اساس پنج دسته متغیر مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. درنهایت با توجه به امتیاز بالای اثرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم عوامل، هفت عامل اصلی به­عنوان عوامل کلیدی در زمینه زیست پذیری با تأکید بر شاخص­های زیست­محیطی منطقه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. از بین پیشران‌های مورد­بررسی نیز، متغیر­های وضعیت حمل‌ونقل عمومی (سرعت، دقت، اطمینان، ایمنی، امنیت، راحتی، صرفه اقتصادی) و دسترسی عموم به فضای سبز بیشترین تأثیر را بر زیست­پذیری در محدوده موردمطالعه داشتند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله It has a complex and multi -dimensional conceptual life and guarantees the performance of the ecosystem from the smallest unit to the surface of the Earth, or in other words from local levels to world levels, and its patterns are quite different from one region to region. In this regard, in the past three decades, in addition to the human impacts, the use of harmful resources and industries, the vulgarity of the ozone, the greenhouse, the greenhouse and the effects of the phenomena, and the phenomena of the city, Various environmental and environmental and remedies have been increased, which has increased melods to zero. For this purpose, in this study, it has been attempted to identify and analyze the key propellers affecting biodiversity by emphasizing the environmental indicators in Tehran's 11 metropolitan area. In this study, with the technique of environmental and Delphi dynamics, 57 primary factors were extracted in eleven different areas and then, using the Delphi method of managers, the matrix of the components of the components was formed. Next, the matrix analysis has been analyzed through the Michemac software. The results of the distribution of variables on the axis of influence and influence of the factors in the Micmac software indicate the system's instability within the scope of the study, and therefore five categories of variables were identified. Finally, due to the high direct and indirect effect of factors, seven key factors were identified as key factors in the field of biodiversity, with emphasis on the environmental indices of the region. Among the preferences under consideration, the variables of public transport status (speed, accuracy, confidence, security, security, convenience, economic affordability) and public access to the green space had the highest impact on the biodiversity in the study area.
