عنوان فارسی بحران ویروس کرونا و چشم انداز توسعه شهری و روستایی ایران: اثرات، فرصت ها، چالش ها و سیاست ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله گسترش و ماندگاری ویروس کرونا در مناطق شهری و روستایی ایران می­تواند پیامدهای مختلفی بر چشم­انداز توسعه شهری و روستایی کشور داشته باشد. از سوی دیگر این ویروس می­تواند در آینده شهرها و روستاها به عنوان یک فرصت برای توسعه آنها در نظر گرفته شود. لذا در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش آینده­نگاری که دارای رویکردی کیفی- توصیفی است، به بررسی هدف تحقیق پرداخته شد. برای رسیدن به این هدف ابتدا با استفاده از ادبیات تحقیق و مطالعات کتابخانه­ای و به کمک نظرات 50 کارشناس در زمینه­های مختلف تحصیلی، اثرات و فرصت­های ویروس کرونا ارائه شد. در ادامه با روش تحلیل کیفی و نظر کارشناسان امر چالش­ها و سیاست­های مقابله با کرونا در جوامع شهری و روستایی ارائه شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ویروس کرونا اثرات اجتماعی، روحی- روانی، زیست محیطی و اقتصادی مختلفی بر جوامع شهری و روستایی کشور داشته است. علاوه­بر اثر ذکر شده، ویروس کرونا فرصت­هایی چون تسریع استفاده و انتشار ابزارهای دیجیتالی، افزایش آموزش از راه دور، افزایش خدمات و امکانات بهداشتی ناشی از سرمایه­گذاری دولتی برای مقابله با کرونا، افزایش ارتباط بین مناطق شهری و روستایی، کاهش آلودگی زیست محیطی، کاهش تخریب زمین، آب و سایر منابع طبیعی و بسیج و تقویت شبکه­های شهری و روستایی به وجود آورده است. نتایج نشان داد که نحوه ارائه خدمات پزشکی ضروری و امکانات بهداشتی، عدم آمادگی و ظرفیت سازگاری مناطق شهری و روستایی برای مقابله و واکنش و سرمایه و درآمد کافی روستاییان مهم­ترین چالش­های پیش­روی چشم­انداز توسعه شهری و روستایی کشور بوده­اند. نتایج نشان داد بهبود دسترسی به خدمات پزشکی، حفظ و توسعه خدمات اولیه، حمایت از مشاغل، کسب و کارها و بهبود زیرساخت­های دیجیتالی مهم­ترین سیاست­های کاهش اثرات ویروس کرونا بر چشم­انداز توسعه شهری و روستایی کشور می ­باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Corona virus crisis (Covid-19): Effects and opportunities for the development of urban and rural areas of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The expansion and survival of the Corona virus in urban and rural areas of Iran can have different implications on the eyes of urban and rural development in the country. On the other hand, the Corona virus can be considered in the future of cities and villages as an opportunity for their development. Therefore, in this research, the purpose of the research was investigated using a futuristic approach that has a qualitative-descriptive approach. To achieve this goal, first using research literature and library studies, as well as the help of 50 experts in various educational areas, the effects and opportunities of the corona virus were presented. In the following, with the method of qualitative analysis and experts, the challenges and policies of coping with Corona were presented in urban and rural communities. The results of the study showed that the corona virus had had social, psychological, environmental and economic effects on urban and rural communities in the country. In addition, the effect of the Corona viruses, opportunities such as accelerating the use and diffusion of digital tools, increasing distance education, increasing services and health facilities caused by government investment to cope with corona, increasing the relationship between urban and rural areas, Reducing environmental pollution, reducing land degradation, water and other natural resources and mobilization and strengthening urban and rural networks. Also, the results showed that improving access to medical services, maintaining and developing basic services, support for jobs, businesses and improving digital infrastructure are the most important policies of reducing the effects of corona virus on urban and rural development in the country.
