عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش ناهمواری‌ها در برنامه ریزی شهرهای ساحلی با استفاده ازمقایسه دو روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی AHP وAHP FUZZY (محدوده مورد مطالعه شهر نور)
چکیده فارسی مقاله
هر اندازه که شهرها توسعه و گسترش یابند برخورد آنها با واحدهای گوناگون توپوگرافی و ژنومورفولوژی و موضوعات مربوط به آنهاکه ترکیبی از واحدهای مختلف در سطح زمین هستند زیادتر می‌شود. همچنین از آنجای که واحدهای ژئومورفولوژی همیشه با پویایی و دینامیسم محیط طبیعی در ارتباط است، هر گونه اقدام در راستای توسعه و عمران شهرها به نحوی با پویایی و دینامیسم مذکور و در نتیجه با پدیده‌های مورفولوژیک تلاقی می‌کند. در این برخورد اگر برخی اصول و نکات ضروری رعایت نشود، تعادل مورفودینامیک محیط، به هم می‌خورد و خطرات بزرگی غالب تجهیزات و امکانات شهری را مورد تهدید قرار می‌دهد که گاهی شدت زیاد مورفوژنز نتایج جبران ناپذیری به بار می‌آورد. برهمین مبنا تحقیق حاضر پژوهش بررسی نقش ناهمواری‌ها (واحدهای ژئوموفولوژیکی) در برنامه‌ریزی شهرهای ساحلی با استفاده ازمقایسه دو روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی AHP و AHP FUZZY در شهر نور انجام گرفته است. تحقیق پیش رو از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر حسب نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی-تحلیلی و به‌صورت پیمایشی می‌باشد که در آن از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در مراحل اولیه فرآیند برنامه ریزی ، هنگام شناسایی گزینه های توسعه به عنوان یک نقطه کانونی ، روش های ساده می توانند کافی باشند. در این شرایط ، انتخاب روشهای پیشرفته و پیشرفته فناوری لزوماً نتایج متفاوتی ایجاد نمی کند. با این حال ، هنگامی که برنامه ریزی نیاز به شناسایی میزان فضایی منطقه توسعه مطلوب دارد ، در نظر گرفتن منطقه تقاطع پیشنهاد شده توسط هر دو روش ایده آل خواهد بود

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Role of Ruggedness in Coastal Cities Planning Using Comparison of AHP and AHP FUZZY Hierarchical Analysis Methods (Study Area of Noor City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Cities occupy vast areas. These fields are composed of different topographic and morphological units. As cities develop and expand, their dealings with various units of topography and geomorphology and related topics increase. Geomorphological units are always associated with the dynamism of the natural environment. Any action for the development of cities in some way intersects with the mentioned dynamism and detachment, and consequently with morphological phenomena. In this approach, if some necessary principles and points are not observed, the morphodynamic balance of the environment will be disturbed and the great dangers of most of the equipment and facilities of the city will be threatened. Sometimes the intensity of morphogenesis is so high that it produces irreversible results. The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method and in the form of a survey or field in which the researcher has made a questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of roughness in coastal city planning using a comparison of AHP and AHP FUZZY hierarchical analysis in Noor city. In addition to the main goal, The results showed that in the early stages of the planning process, simple methods can be sufficient when identifying development options as a focal point. Under these circumstances, the choice of advanced and technologically advanced methods does not necessarily produce different results. However, when planning needs to identify the spatial extent of the desired development area, it would be ideal to consider the intersection area proposed by both methods
