عنوان فارسی ارائه الگوی جدید برج سازی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار اجتماعی، و تأثیر آن بر حفظ محیط زیست با توجه به جغرافیای شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله
صنعتی و مدرن شدن جوامع، تأثیر بسزایی را بر معماری-شهرسازی-محیط‌زیست، اقلیم و جغرافیا می‌گذارد؛ که در این میان می‌توان به پدید آمدن بلندمرتبه‌سازی، وارونگی اقلیم، تغییر در جغرافیای جوامع و تخریب محیط زیست اشار نمود. ریشه مسائل و مشکلات در چند دهه اخیر، افزایش جمعیت-مهاجرتِ روزافزون به شهرها و کلانشهرها-تغییر در نیازها و خواسته‌های ساکنین شهرها و غیره است؛ که مدیران شهری-طراحان و معماران را با چالشی عظیم روبه‌رو می‌سازد. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی تئوریک کاربری‌ای همچون برج مسکونی از یک سو و اندیشه‌های مذکور در مقوله نظری از سوی دیگر با رویکرد توسعه پایدار اجتماعی و تأثیر آن بر حفظ محیط‌زیست با توجه به جغرافیای شهر تهران می‌باشد. این تحقیق بر اساس ماهیت، «توصیفی-تحلیلی» و به صورت «پیمایشی» است. به لحاظ هدف نیز «کاربردی» و به لحاظ داده‌ای، «کمی-کیفی» است. تعداد نمونه آماری 384 نفر بوده که از طریق ابزار پرسش نامه ها داده ها گردآوری شد. تحلیل ها در نرم افزار spss انجام گرفت. مهم‌ترین نتیجه از این تحقیق را می‌توان اینگونه بیان نمود که به واسطه ازدیاد جمعیت، بلندمرتبه‌سازی شکل گرفت و به واسطه آن، مسائلی همچون استفاد بیش از حد از منابع طبیعی و سوخت فسیلی، تخریب طبیعت، کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی، تغییر اقلیم، ایجاد ترافیک، افزایش آلودگی هوا و غیره، به بحرانی عظیم و ناینحل تبدیل گشته‌ است.

عنوان انگلیسی Introducing a new model of tower construction with a sustainable social development approach And its effect on environmental protection according to the geography of Tehran City
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Industrialization and modernization of societies affect architecture, urbanization, environment, climate and geography; which we can mention the emergence of high-rise building, climate inversion, changes in geography of societies and environmental degradation. The roots of the problems over the last few decades are population growth, increasing migration to cities and metropolises, changes in needs and demands of citizens, etc.; Which faces urban managers, designers and architects with a huge challenge. The main purpose of this article is to theoretically study the uses such as residential towers on the one hand and the ideas mentioned in the theoretical discourse on the other hand with the approach of sustainable social development, and its impact on environmental protection according to the geography of Tehran. This research is "descriptive-analytical" in nature and "survey". It is "practical" in terms of purpose and "quantitative-qualitative" in terms of data. The number of statistical samples was 384 people and data were collected through questionnaires. Analyzes were performed in SPSS software. The most important result of this research can be expressed as the fact that due to population growth, high-rise was formed and through it, issues such as overuse of natural resources and fossil fuels, destruction of nature, reduction of social interactions, climate change, traffic creation, Rising air pollution, etc., has become a huge and insurmountable crisis.
