عنوان فارسی تحلیل تطبیقی الگوهای حکمروایی خوب روستایی بخش مرکزی پل‌دختر و بخش موسیان دهلران
چکیده فارسی مقاله حکمروایی خوب با دارا بودن مهمترین اصول و معیارهای نظیر مشارکت مردمی، پاسخگویی، مسئولیت پذیری، قانون محوری، شفافیت، کارایی و اثربخشی، عدالت و برابری، اجماع گرایی و مشروعیت یکی از رویکردهای نوین مدیریتی و رهیافت جدید توسعه و کاهش فقر به ویژه در نواحی روستایی می­باشد. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تطبیقی الگوی حکمروایی خوب روستایی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان پلدختر و بخش موسیان شهرستان دهلران تدوین شده است. حجم نمونه پژوهش طبق فرمول کوکران، 284 نفر از سرپرستان خانوارهای ساکن در روستاهای دو بخش مرکزی و موسیان هستند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های استنباطی با استفاده از آزمون T صورت گرفته است، همچنین رتبه­بندی روستاهای نمونه به لحاظ وضعیت حکمروایی روستایی با استفاده از تکنیک چند معیاره  TOPSIS صورت گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده از روش تاپسیس نشان می­دهد که وضعیت حکمروایی در بخش موسیان شهرستان دهلران بهتر از بخش مرکزی شهرستان پلدختر می­باشد، و آزمون تی تک نمونه­ای نشان داده است که میانگین همه مولفه­های حکمروایی خوب روستایی بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده و مقدار سطح معنی­داری آنها کمتر از 05/0 است. نتایج آزمون لوین نیز نشان می­دهد بین دو بخش مرکزی و موسیان در خصوص حکمروایی و مولفه­های آن به جز مسئولیت­پذیری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (t≥1.96; p≤0.05)؛ در بخش موسیان میانگین مولفه­های (مشارکت، پاسخگویی و شفافیت) بیشتر از بخش مرکزی پلدختر و در مولفه های (قانونمندی، توافق جمعی، عدالت محوری، کارایی و اثربخشی) کمتر از بخش مرکزی پلدختر بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative analysis of good governance patterns in rural areas (Case study: villages in the central part of Pol-e Dokhtar county and Musaian section in Dehloran county)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Good governance, having the most important principles and criteria for public participation, accountability, accountability, centralism, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness, justice and equality, consensus and legitimacy is one of the new management approaches and new approaches to development and poverty reduction, especially poverty. This study aimed was to conduct a comparative analysis of the goog governance model in rural areas with an emphasis on the villages of the central part of Poldakhtar and Mosian section of Dehloran. The statistical population of the study, according to Cochran's formula, is 284 heads of households living in the villages of the two central parts and Mosian. Inferential data analysis was performed using t-test, and the sample villages were ranked in terms of rural governance status using The Topsis method. The results obtained from The Topsis method show that the governance situation in Mosian section of Dehloran Township is better than the central part of Poldakhtar Township, and the one sample t-test showed that the average of all components of rural good governance is above average and their significance level is an amount less than 0.05. The results of Levin test also show that there is a significant difference between the two central parts and Mosian regarding governance and its components, apart from responsibility (±1/96). Furthermore, In Mosian section, the average components (participation, accountability, and transparency) were higher than the central part of Poldakhtar Township and in the components (legality, collective agreement, justice, efficiency, and effectiveness) were less than the central part of Poldakhtar Township.
