مدل پیشایند ها و پیامد های خود افشایی دانش آموزان در فضای آموزشی |

خود افشایی به فرایندی گفته میشود که طی آن، افراد اطلاعات شخصی و یا تجربههای مربوط به خود را به طور شفاهی برای دیگران بیان میکنند. مدرسه یکی از مهمترین نهادهای سازمانیافته اجتماعی است که با فراهم نمودن یک محیط سالم میتواند باعث رشد و شکوفایی جسم و روان افراد باشد؛ این امر در سایه روابط دانشآموزان با معلمان، مشاوران، و مدیران مدرسه و همچنین رشد عاطفی دانشآموزان شکل میگیرد و خود افشایی این ارتباط را توسعه میبخشد.
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل پیشایندها و پیامدهایی خودافشایی در فضای آموزشی کشور بود.
روش: روش به کار گرفته شده در پژوهشحاضر، برای ارائه و تبیین الگو از روش کمی مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد که از نظر هدف کاربردی بود.
پس از مشخصشدن مولفههای خودافشایی در بخش کیفی، پرسشهای مربوط به هر مولفه با نظر متخصصین و بهرهگیری از آزمون CVI و CVR اعتباریابی و پرسشنامه اولیه ساخته شد. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری، دانشآموزان متوسطه دوره اول شهر تهران بودند. با استفاده روش نمونهگیری طبقهای، مناطق 1، 5، 6، 8 و 16 انتخاب و سپس با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای تعداد 600 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. در انتها، با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS ویرایش 26 و PLS ویرایش 2.4 و استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی، استنباطی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری مدل پژوهش برازش شد.

Self-disclosure is a process in which people verbally express their personal information or experiences to others. The school is one of the most important organized social institutions that by providing a healthy environment can cause the growth and prosperity of people's body and mind; This is shaped by students' relationships with teachers, counselors, and school administrators, as well as students' emotional growth, and self-disclosure develops this relationship.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to present a model of the antecedents and consequences of self-disclosure in the country's educational environment.
Method: The method used in the current research was to present and explain the model using the quantitative method of modeling structural equations, which was practical in terms of the goal.
After determining the components of self-disclosure in the qualitative section, the questions related to each component were created with the opinion of experts and using CVI and CVR validation tests and a preliminary questionnaire. In the quantitative part of the statistical population, there were first year high school students in Tehran. Using the stratified sampling method, 1, 5, 6, 8 and 16 regions were selected and then 600 people answered the questionnaire using the stratified random sampling method. Finally, by using SPSS version 26 and PLS version 2.4 software and using descriptive, inferential and structural equation modeling statistical tests, the research model was fitted. |
