پیشینه و اهداف: امروزه سیستم­ مدیریت یادگیری یکی از ابزارهای کلیدی سیستم­های آموزشی دانشگاه­ها است که تعامل بین اساتید، دانشجویان، مدیران آموزشی و افرادی که وظیفه نگهداری سیستم را برعهده دارند را برقرار می­سازد. با توجه به تنوع کاربران این سیستم­های تعاملی و نیازمندی­های مختلف آنها، شناسایی انتظارات کاربران از این سیستم­ها و در نظر گرفتن این انتظارات در طراحی و توسعه سیستم­های آموزش آنلاین برای جلب رضایت کاربران و در نهایت موفقیت این سیستم­ها بسیار مهم است.
روش‌ها‌: در این پژوهش، با روش مصاحبه با سوالات از قبل طراحی شده با 12 نفر از اساتید مجرب دانشگاه فرهنگیان، انتظارات آنها از سیستم­های آموزش آنلاین استخراج شد. انتظارات جمع­آوری شده بر اساس روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد مقوله بندی قیاسی تحلیل شد و سپس در قالب قابلیت­های کلی و مرتبط با واسط کاربری شناسایی شدند که در این مقاله گزارش می­شوند.
 یافته‌ها: بررسی و تحلیل جواب­های اساتید به سوالات نشان می­دهد که با توجه به آشنا نبودن آنها با سیستم­های آموزش آنلاین، آنها انتظار دارند که سیستم با روش­های مختلف به آنها در فرآیند آموزش کمک نماید و در مواقع لازم آنها را در انجام فعالیت­های آموزشی یاری رساند. همچنین، واسط کاربری این سیستم­ها برای اساتید بسیار مهم است زیرا تعامل آنها با دانشجویان را فراهم می­سازد. آنها انتظار دارند که واسط کاربری زیبا و لذت­بخش بوده و یادگیری و استفاده از سیستم با کمترین تلاش فیزیکی و ذهنی قابل انجام باشد. اساتید انتظار دارند که بتوانند سیستم و به ویژه واسط کاربری آنها را برحسب نیاز خود تغییر داده و اضافه نمودن امکانات جدید با کمترین هزینه قابل انجام باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری:  می­توان نتیجه گرفت که با وجود قابلیت­های خوب در سیستم­های آموزش آنلاین و رضایت نسبی اساتید از آنها، نیاز است این سیستم­ها بر حسب نیازهای کاربران انعطاف­پذیر بوده و به اساتید کنترل بیشتری در فرآیند آموزش ارائه نمایند. همچنین برقراری تعامل با دانشجویان و قابلیت­هایی که مشارکت افراد در فرآیند آموزش را بهبود می­دهند از مهمترین انتظارات اساتید از این سیستم­ مدیریت یادگیری هستند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluating the User Interface of Learning Management System From the University Teachers’ Perspective
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Nowadays, the learning management system is one of the key tools of university education systems that establish interaction between teachers, students, educational managers, and people who are in charge of maintaining the system. Considering the variety of users of these interactive systems and their different requirements, it is important to identify the expectations of the users from these systems and consider these expectations in the design and development of online education systems to satisfy users and ultimately to gurantee their success.
Methods: In this research, by interviewing 12 experienced teachers of Farhangian University with pre-designed questions, their expectations from online education systems were extracted. The collected expectations were analyzed based on the qualitative research method of content analysis with comparative categorization approach, and then they were classified in the form of general and user interface features, which are reported in this article.
Findings: The analysis of the teachers’ answers to the questions shows that due to their unfamiliarity with online education systems, they expect the system to assist them in the education process in different ways and guide them when necessary during educational activities. Also, the user interface of these systems is very important for teachers because it provides their interaction with students. They expect that the user interface is beautiful and enjoyable and that learning and using the system can be done with minimal physical and mental effort. Teachers expect to be able to adapt the system and especially their user interface according to their needs and add new features at the lowest cost.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that despite the good features of online education systems and the teachers’ relative satisfaction with them, there is a need for these systems to be flexible according to the needs of users and give the teachers more control on the education process. Also, interaction with students and features that improve people's participation in the education process are among the most important expectations of teachers from these systems.
