شناسایی روشهای مناسب برای بلوک مالی در کسبوکارهای گردشگری ورزشی |

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی روشهای مناسب برای بلوک مالی به عنوان یکی از چهار بخش اصلی مدل کسبوکار استروالدر در کسبوکارهای گردشگری ورزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس هدف، توصیفی و با رویکرد کیفی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل مالکان و مدیران متخصص در بخش گردشگری ورزشی و همچنین افراد شاغل در بخشهای مختلف کسبوکارهای گردشگری ورزشی استان گیلان بودند. تعداد 15 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با تکنیک گلولهبرفی و غیرتصادفی تا مرحلۀ اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. مصاحبهها به صورت نیمهساختار یافته با تأیید خبرگان این حوزه تهیه شدند. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرمافزار مکس کیودیای انجام شده است. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که مؤلفههای بلوک مالی برای این نوع از کسبوکارها شامل 10 بعد اصلی و 27 بعد فرعی در 2 مضمون (تم) شامل مدل درآمدی و ساختار هزینه میباشد. ساختار هزینه شامل هزینه آموزش، هزینه تسهیلات زیرساختی، هزینه برگزاری تورها و هزینه منابع انسانی و مدل درآمدی نیز شامل نیازهای مالی، صحهگذاری ورزشکاران، اجاره بهای تسهیلات، حق عضویت و استفاده از اپها و خدمات سلامتی و گردشگری ورزشی میباشد. مدلسازی مالی حاصل از تحلیل دادههای کیفی به صاحبان کسبوکارهای گردشگری ورزشی کمک میکند تا در محاسبه موقعیتها و در نتیجه با مقایسه سناریوهای مختلف، تصمیمگیری کنند. |

Abstract
This study aims to identify the appropriate methods for the financial block as one of the four major elements of Osterwalder's business model. Based on the purpose of the present study, this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research encompassed owners and adept managers specializing in the field of sport tourism, as well as employees of diverse sections of sport tourism businesses in Guilan province. 15 individuals were chosen applying purposive sampling with the help of snowball and non-random techniques and the sampling procedure continued until the theoretical saturation stage was reached. The semi-structured interviews were conducted with the approval of the experts in this field. This research has been carried by content analysis method and making use of Max QDA software. Findings indicate that the components of the financial block for this type of business include 10 main dimensions and 27 sub-dimensions in 2 themes (theme) including revenue model and cost structure.The cost structure also includes the cost of infrastructure facilities, the cost of tours, the cost of human resources and the cost of training and the revenue model also includes health and sports tourism services, facility rent, athlete certification, membership fees, and the use of apps and financial needs. Financial modeling from qualitative data analysis helps sports tourism business owners to make decisions in calculating situations and thus comparing different scenarios. |
