دانشگاهها مانند هر نظام اجتماعی دیگر نقش مهمی را در تربیت و تأمین نیروی انسانی کارآمد بر عهده دارند. در این راستا خدمات آموزشی که از طریق دانشگاهها ارائه میشود ازجمله مهمترین حوزههای خدماتی در هر جامعه است که ارتباط تنگاتنگی با توسعهیافتگی جوامع دارد؛ و دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی نیز از این امر مستثنی نیستند؛ لذا هدف از این تحقیق طراحی مدل اندازهگیری کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش توصیفی- همبستگی بهطور مشخص مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعهی آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار برآورد حجم نمونه، مبتنی بر توان آماری 382 برآورد شد. روش نمونهگیری نیز بهصورت خوشهای تک مرحلهای تصادفی از 3 منطقه جغرافیایی کشور انتخاب گردید. در پژوهش حاضر ارزیابیهای مربوط به پایایی، روایی صوری و محتوایی، روایی همگرا و واگرا در قالب معیارهای پایایی ترکیبی، تأیید نظرات خبرگان، میانگین واریانس استخراج شده و معیار فورنل و لارکر انجام گرفته است. همچنین تحلیل دادهها با استفاده نرم افزار لیزرل 9/30 انجام پذیرفت. درمجموع 5 مؤلفهی شناساییشده توانست 58/36 از واریانس دادههای این پژوهش را تبیین نماید. از این میزان به تفکیک سهم مؤلفه الزامات آموزشی 24/09، الزامات زیباشناختی 10/12، الزامات محتوایی 9/06، الزامات مشارکت برونسازمانی 8/15 و الزامات فرآیندی 6/94 بود. براساس مدل ارائه شده پیشنهاد میشود که مدیران دانشکدههای تربیتبدنی به منظور توسعه کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در دانشکدههای خود توجه ویژهای را به نیازهای و الزامات آموزشی دانشجویان داشته باشند.

Designing Educational Services Quality Measurement Model in Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences |

Introduction and aim: Like any other social system, universities have a significant role in training and supplying efficient manpower. In this regard, educational services provided by the universities are among the most important educational fields of any society which have a close relationship with community development; And the faculties of physical education and sports science are no exception. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a model for measuring the quality of educational services of faculties in physical education and sports science.
Methodology: The methodology of the present research has been applied in terms of purpose, and from the perspective of the method, descriptive-Correlation is specifically based on structural equation modeling. The population was estimated using the sample size estimator software based on the statistical power of (n=382). Sampling method was selected as a one-step cluster sampling from three geographic regions of the country. In the present study, the evaluations related to the face and content validity and convergent and Discriminant validity were carried out based on the supporting standard opinions of experts, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted, Fornell and Larker it has been done. Was also used for data analysis by lisrel 9/30 Software.
Findings: In overall, the 5 identified components could explain 58.36 of the data variances of this study, in which 24.09 belonged to educational requirements, 10.12 to aesthetic requirements, 9.06 to context requirements, 8.15 to external participation requirements and 6.94 process requirements.
Discussion and conclusion: Based on the proposed model, it is suggested that Physical Education faculty managers pay great attention to their students’ educational requirements in order to improve their quality of services. |
