تأثیر توسعه قابلیت پویایی سیستم نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای بر مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات(مورد مطالعه: کتابخانههای دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی کشور) |

زمینه و هدف: امنیت اطلاعات یک مسئله حیاتی در سازمانها است و این امر در کتابخانههای دانشگاهی به دلیل نوع خاص مراجعهکنندگان، تبادل و انتقال اطلاعات به کاربران خود از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. به همین دلیل هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر توسعه قابلیت پویایی سیستم نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای بر مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات در کتابخانههای دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی کشور است.
روش‌پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی–همبستگی است. نمونه آماری شامل240نفر از کارکنان کتابخانههای مرکزی دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی کشور در سال تحصیلی1400-1399 است، که به صورت سرشماری در پژوهش شرکت کردند. دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات عاشوری‌زاده (1391) و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته قابلیت پویایی سیستم فراهم گردید. روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه ابزار مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات و قابلیت پویایی سیستم به ترتیب 85/0 و 83/0 محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی و نرم افزارهای SPSS و Lisrel استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که قابلیت پویایی سیستم، دارای پنج عامل اصلی «ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات، کاربری، امنیت، استانداردها و دسترس‌پذیری» است. از نگاه کارکنان وضعیت قابلیت پویایی سیستم، مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات و هر یک از مؤلفه‌های آنان در کتابخانههای دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی کشور مطلوب میباشد. همچنین نتایج نشان دادکه، توسعه قابلیت پویایی سیستم نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای بر مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش در شناسایی تأثیرات توسعه قابلیت پویایی سیستم نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای در مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات کتابخانههای دانشگاههای آزاد کشور، مفید خواهد بود.

Background and Objective: Information security is a vital issue in organizations and this is especially important in academic libraries due to the specific type of visitors, exchange and transfer of information to its users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the effect of developing the dynamics of library software system on information security management (Case study: Libraries of Islamic Azad Universities).
Research Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical sample includes 240 employees of the central libraries of the Islamic Azad Universities of the country in the academic year 1300-1400, who participated in the research by census. The required data were provided through Ashourizadeh Information Security Management Questionnaire (2012) and a researcher-made questionnaire on system dynamics. The face, content and structure validity of the tools were confirmed and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for information security management and system dynamics questionnaires of 0.85 and 0.83, respectively. Descriptive and analytical statistics and SPSS and Lisrel software were used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings showed that system dynamics has five main factors "information storage and retrieval, usability, security, standards and accessibility". From the employees' point of view, the status of system dynamics, information security management and each of their components in the libraries of Islamic Azad universities is favorable. Also, the results showed that the development of library software system dynamics on information security management It has a positive and significant effect.
Conclusion: The findings of this study will be useful in identifying the effects of developing the dynamics of library software system in information security management of libraries of free universities in the country. |
