عنوان فارسی شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تعاملات پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان با کتابداران بر تولیدات علمی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
هدف: اهمیت همکاری بین کتابداران و دانشگاهیان در افزایش موفقیت علمی دانشجویان و ظرفیت پژوهش به طور گسترده­ای‌ شناخته شده­است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تعاملات پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان با کتابداران بر تولیدات علمی است.
روش­شناسی: روش پژوهش از حیث هدف اکتشافی و از حیث نوع کیفی است جامعه آماری پژوهش ،مشتمل بر 20نفر از خبرگان اجرایی  دانشگاه مازندران با روش روش­ نمونه­گیری هدفمند و با درنظرداشتن ویژگی­های آن­ها نسبت به موضوع مورد مطالعه است. که با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه­ساختاریافته داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شد. اعتبار و روایی داده­ها با استفاده از روش بررسی همکار و بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان انجام شد.
یافته­ها: یافته­ها نشان داد از مجموع 264کد باز شناسایی شده 28کد محوری و در نهایت 7 کد انتخابی شناسایی شدند. با تحلیل نتایج مولفه­های، منابع پژوهشی؛  قوانین و مقررات پژوهشی؛ مدیریت منابع پژوهشی؛ آموزش مهارت­ها و سواد اطلاعاتی؛ مشاوره اطلاعاتی،پژوهشی و علمی؛ ارزیابی برونداد علمی؛ و تعاملات و تجربیات دانشی شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه­گیری: تعاملات پژوهشی اعضای هیأت علمی و دانشجویان با کتابداران بر روی تولیدات علمی دانشگاه تأثیر دارد، عمده تأثیرات و مزایای آن عبارتند از: الف) شناسایی اولویت های تحقیقاتی دانشگاه و حمایت از محققان ، ب) امکان­پذیر کردن انجام فعالیت های تحقیقاتی گسترده و چالش برانگیز ، ج) مشارکت در آموزش و یادگیری، د) حمایت از ارتباطات و تعاملات خارج از دانشگاه ، ه) حمایت از برنامه های سواد اطلاعاتی ، و) بهبود روش های تحقیق.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification of factors affecting the research interactions of faculty members and students with librarians on scientific products.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Purpose:The importance of collaboration between librarians and academics in enhancing the academic success of students and research capacity has been increasingly recognized in universities. The purpose of this paper is  to identify the factors affecting the research interactions of faculty members and students with librarians on scientific products.
Methodology: The research method is exploratory in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of type. The statistical population of the study, consisting of 20 executive experts of Mazandaran University, were selected by purposive sampling method and taking into account their characteristics in relation to the subject. Who participated in the research using semi-structured interviews.The validity and reliability of the data were assessed using peer Examination method and review of experts and participants.
Findings:The Findings showed that out of a total of 264 identified open codes, 28 axial codes and finally 7 selective codes were identified. By analyzing the results,components of Research resources; Research rules and regulations; Management of research resources; Information  literacy and training skills; Consulting of Information, research and scientific; Evaluation of scientific output; And knowledge interactions and experiences, were identified.
Conclusion: The Research interactions of faculty members and students with librarians have an influence  on the scientific products of the university, the main effects and benefits of which are: A)Identifying university research priorities and supporting researchers, B) Making large-scale and challenging research activities possible,C0Participate in teaching and learning, D) Supporting communication and interactions outside the university, E) Supporting information literacy programs,F)Improving research methods.
