عنوان فارسی تأثیر برهمکنش بلندبرد کولنی بر ترابرد فونونی یک زنجیره جرم – فنر یونیده
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله با استفاده از روش تابع گرین و در تقریب نوسانگر هماهنگ به بررسی ضریب عبور فونونی یک زنجیره­ی جرم-فنر شامل دو یا چند بار الکتریکی پرداخته­ایم. فرض شده است که زنجیره بین دو هادی فونونی ساده قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور اثر برهمکنش کولنی بین بارها را در ثابت نیروی بین آنها وارد کرده­ایم. نتایج نشان می­دهد که در موردی که فقط یک دو قطبی در سامانه موجود است، افزایش فاصله­ی بارهای آن باعث کاهش ضریب عبور فونونی می­شود. همچنین افزایش تعداد یون­ها در سامانه­ی مرکزی موجب کاهش شدید ضریب عبور فونونی بخصوص در بسامدهای پایین و میانی می­شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of long-range coulomb interaction on the phonon transport of an ionized mass-spring chain
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this paper, we study the phonon transmission coefficient of a mass-spring chain including two or more electric charges by using Green’s function method within the harmonic approximation.  The chain is supposed to be embedded between two simple phononic leads. To this end, the effect of Columb interaction between charges are inserted to their force constants. The results show that for the case of existence just electrical dipole in the system, the phonon transmission coefficient decreases by increasing the distance of charge positions. Moreover, the increasing the number of ions in the center chain, decreases the phonon transmission coefficient, specially, at the low and intermediate frequencies.
