عنوان فارسی کاربرد تحلیل فازی ویکور در جانمایی فضاهای آموزشی در سطح نواحی شهری
چکیده فارسی مقاله
با افزایش جمعیت در شهرهای ایران و به‌خصوص شهرهای بزرگ حجم تقاضا برای خدمات و کالاهای عمومی نیز افزایش یافت. ولی به علت ساختار اقتصادی-سیاسی خاص کشور همواره سرعت پاسخگویی به نیازها از سرعت رشد نیازها کمتر بوده است. در این میان کاربری‌های پر تقاضا مانند کاربری‌های آموزشی به دلایل زیادی مانند عدم هماهنگی نهادهای اجرایی شهرها، مشکلات مالی بخش آموزش‌وپرورش و عدم آشنایی مسئولین با موازین علمی مکان‌یابی مدارس در پاسخگویی به نیازهای جمعیت دانش‌آموزی با مشکلات زیادی مواجه بوده‌اند. این مسئله در مناطق شهری بزرگ مثل تهران به دلایل متنوعی مانند تراکم بالای جمعیت و کمبود زمین و... با شدت بیشتری مطرح می‌شود. دسترسی سریع، به‌موقع و مناسب به مراکز آموزشی در هر جامعه، به‌خصوص در جوامع شهری بسیار مهم و ضروری هست و توزیع عادلانه این مراکز در سطح شهر منجر به استقرار عدالت فضایی می­شود و عدالت اجتماعی که از اهداف توسعه پایدار شهری است محقق خواهد شد.  هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی مکان‌یابی مراکز آموزشی مدارس ابتدایی در ناحیه در راستای تحقق عدالت فضایی هست نوع تحقیق بر اساس هدف در این پژوهش، کاربردی و روش تحقیق در آن توصیفی-تحلیلی است. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها نیز اسنادی- پیمایشی است. جهت وزن دهی معیارها از نظر متخصصین در قالب مدل ANP استفاده شده است و با استفاده از قابلیت­ها و امکانات سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی از جمله : ترکیب نقشه، محاسبه­گر رستری، تحلیل شبکه انجام‌گرفته است. درنهایت بعد از اجرای مدلVIKOR زمین‌های اولویت‌دار برای ایجاد مدارس ابتدایی شناسایی شدند، تحلیل خروجی نهایی به‌دست‌آمده از این روش علاوه بر اینکه میزان سازگاری و ناسازگاری مدارس ابتدایی موجود در شهر را مشخص می­کند، مکان‌های بهینه اولویت‌دار برای ایجاد مدارس ابتدایی جدید نیز شناسایی شدند.

عنوان انگلیسی Article Title Article Title Pattern analysis using fuzzy VIKOR in locating educational facilities district Case Study: District 14 of Tehran Metropolis
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله With the increasing population in cities, particularly big cities, demand for public goods and services increased too. But, due to certain political-economic structure of the country, often the rates of supplies growth have been less than the demands’. The high-demand applications such as educational, for many reasons including, Lack of cities’ coordination executive bodies, financial problems and lack of education sector officials with scientific procedures for locating schools, faced with many problems to meet the needs of the students. In large urban areas like Tehran, for various reasons such as high population density and scarcity of land, these problems intensified. Fast, timely and appropriate accessibility to these training centers is very important and necessary in every community, especially in urban areas. And the equitable distribution of these centers in the city led to the establishment of spatial equity and social justice, which is an urban sustainable development objectives. The aim of this research is to evaluate the locating of training centers in primary schools in the district in order to achieve spatial justice. The type of research is practical, based on the purpose of thstudy, and the research method is descriptive-analytic. The data collection method is also documentary-survey. In order to weigh the criteria, experts have been used in the ANP model, and by Using the capabilities and features of geographical information system including: combining maps, raster calculator, network analysis and etc. has been done. Finally, after the implementation of VIKOR sample, the priority areas were identified for building elementary schools. The final output analysis obtained by this method in addition to determining of the compatibility or incompatibility of primary schools in the city will located the optimal sites for building new elementary schools.
