عنوان فارسی سنجش کیفیت ارائه خدمات در سامانه اتوبوس های تندرو از دیدگاه شهروندان، مطالعه موردی: کلانشهر رشت

هدف اصلی از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات­رسانی سامانه اتوبوس‌های تندرو شهر رشت از دیدگاه شهروندان است. در این راستا، روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. در جهت رسیدن به هدف اصلی پژوهش پس از بررسی مبانی نظری و تدوین مدل مفهومی تحقیق، شاخص­های مطلوبیت سیستم BRT شهر رشت شناسایی شد. در گام بعدی، پرسشنامه پژوهش براساس 17 شاخص اصلی طراحی و در ادامه با بهره­گیری از نظرات اساتید دانشگاهی روایی پرسشنامه، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. درمرحله بعد، تعداد 400 پرسشنامه در بین شهروندان شهر رشت در محدوده ایستگاه‌های BRT این شهر توزیع و در نهایت  389 پرسشنامه کامل و بدون خطا جمع‌آوری گردید. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه‌ها، اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های آماری (آزمون تی تک نمونه ای، تحلیل عاملی و آزمون وی کرامر) مورد تحلیل و پردازش قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش براساس آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داد که کیفیت کلی ارائه خدمات در سامانه اتوبوس­رانی تندرو شهر رشت پایین­تر از حد متوسط است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که مجموعه 17 شاخص مورد مطالعه را می­توان در سه عامل (عوامل آسایش مسافران، عوامل مدیریتی و امکانات داخل اتوبوس ها) خلاصه کرد. دیگر نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای مستقل جنسیت افراد، سن افراد و سطح تحصیلات هر سه با سطح معنی­داری صفر با متغیر عوامل آسایش مسافران رابطه معنادار دارند. همچنین متغیرهای تحصیلات و نوع شغل افراد به ترتیب با سطح معنی داری صفر و 003/0 با متغیر وابسته یعنی عوامل مدیریتی رابطه دارند. همچنین متغیر امکانات داخل اتوبوس ها با متغیرهای مستقل سن افراد و سطح تحصیلات رابطه معنادار دارد. تحلیل فضایی دسترسی به خطوط حمل و نقل عمومی شهر رشت نیز نشان داد که حدود 11 درصد از این شهر، دسترسی کمتر از 500 متر به این خطوط دارند. حدود 8 درصد نیز 500 تا 800 متر تا خطوط حمل و نقل عمومی تندرو فاصله دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی Assessing the Quality of services provision in the system of Bus Rapid Transit from the viewpoint of citizens Case study: Rasht city
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main goal of this research is to measure the quality of services in the Rasht city BRT from the citizenchr('39')s point of view. In this regard, the research with respect to goal is practical and with respect to method is descriptive-analytical. A questionnaire technique was used to collect information. In this regard, 400 questionnaires were distributed, and in which 389 complete and error-free questionnaires were collected. After collecting questionnaires, the data were entered into SPSS software and analyzed by using statistical tests (one sample t test, factor analysis, and Cramerchr('39')s V test). The results of the survey showed that out of the 389 respondents, 178 people (45.8%) evaluated the overall quality and efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city at a moderate level and also 99 respondents (25.4%) evaluated the quality and efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city at a desirable level. The average quality and overall efficiency score of the BRT system in Rasht city has been 2.87 out of the citizenchr('39')s idea. The results of one-sample t-test indicate that there is a significant difference between the mean quality variable and overall efficiency of the BRT system in Rasht city with the test statistic. Based on the results of factors analyzes, 17 studied indicators are summarized in three factors. Based on the extracted factors, the first factor has the greatest impact on health and safety. The second factor has been the load factor on bus working hours, waiting time, cost of payment, total number of buses and distance between bus stations indicators. Finally, the third factor has its impact on cleanliness of buses, cooling system, heating system and the number of seats on buses. Using v Kramer test showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the five independent variables age variables, type of occupation and personal car ownership with dependent variable (quality and overall efficiency of BRT system in Rasht).
