عنوان فارسی اثربخشی رفتار درمانی شناختی متمرکز بر تروما برکاهش میزان حساسیت سیستم های مغزی- رفتاری و اجتناب تجربی در جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه
چکیده فارسی مقاله
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر بخشی رفتار درمانی شناختی متمرکز بر تروما  برکاهش میزان حساسیت سیستم های مغزی- رفتاری ، اجتناب تجربه ای در جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بود.  این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و  جامعه آماری شامل کلیه جانبازان اداره بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران شهر مرند بود، 30 نفر از جانبازان مرد مبتلا به اختلال PTSD  با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر مرد) و کنترل (15نفر مرد) جایگزین شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته برای اختلال های DSM-5، پرسشنامه چک لیست اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (­نسخه نظامی)، پذیرش و عمل نسخه دوم(AAQ-II) و مقیاس سیستم های مغزی­– رفتاری(  BAS-BIS) گردآوری شدند. برای گروه آزمایش، رفتار درمانی شناختی متمرکز بر تروما طی 12 جلسه­ ی 90 دقیقه ای در هر هفته اجرا شد. داده ها با استفاده از شاخص های توصیفی و  تجزیه و تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، میانگین نمرات گروه آزمایش برای متغیر سیستم بازداری رفتاری ، سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری  و اجتناب تجربی به طور معنی داری پایین تر از گروه کنترل بود. با توجه به نتایج حاصل رفتار درمانی شناختی متمرکز بر تروما  در کاهش حساسیت سیستم های مغزی رفتاری  و اجتناب تجربی  در جانبازان  مبتلا به اختلال PTSD تاثیر دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effectiveness of Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on the Reduction Brain-Behavioral Systems Sensitiveness and Experiential Avoidance in Veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of the present study was to investigate effectiveness of trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy on the reduction of  brain-behavioral systems Sensitiveness and experimental avoidance of veterans with PTSD. The current study is a  semi-experimental  one with pretest-posttest design with control group, The statistical population of this study included all  Veterans in Marand in the year of  2019, among which 30 were selected as veterans with PTSD who referred to pouyameher Counseling and Psychological Services Center . were selected through purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two groups of experimental and control. The data were collected using a posttraumatic stress disorder checklist (military version), Behavioral inhibition and behavioral activation system scales (BIS/BAS) and acceptance and action questionnaire-II(AAQ). Then, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy were performed for 12 sessions (90 minutes in per session) each week for the experimental group. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20 using multiple covariance analysis. After controlling the effects of pretest, the mean scores of behavioral inhibition and behavioral activation system and experiential avoidance were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Training trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy education can be effective reduces brain-behavioral systems and experiential avoidance of veterans with PTSD.
