عنوان فارسی مطالعه میزان مطابقت مدل ذهنی دانشجویان با ساختار سیستم مدیریت یادگیری دانشگاه تهران با روش کارت سورتینگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: یادگیری الکترونیکی یکی از مهم­ترین مباحث محیط­های آموزشی در عصر حاضر است و دانشجویان به عنوان یکی از مهم­ترین عناصر یادگیری الکترونیکی نقش محوری را برای پذیرش و به کارگیری موثر سیستم­های مدیریت یادگیری الکترونیکی دارند به طوری که اطلاع از نگرش و مدل ذهنی آنان جهت اجرای موفقیت آمیز چنین روشی ضروری است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه میزان مطابقت مدل ذهنی دانشجویان با ساختار سیستم مدیریت یادگیری دانشگاه تهران با استفاده از روش کارت سورتینگ است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با ابزار کارت سورتینگ و مصاحبه انجام شد و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از نرم افزار Usabilitest و آمار توصیفی، ماتریس فاصله، خوشه­بندی سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد و نمونه آماری پژوهش 15 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد  دوره حضوری دانشگاه تهران بودند که (نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1398-1399) با سیستم مدیریت یادگیری (مودل) در تعامل بودند.
یافته­ها: یافته­ها حاکی از آن است که از 42 کارت مورد بررسی، جایگاه و دسته بندی 36 کارت (85%) در سیستم مدیریت یادگیری با مدل ذهنی شرکت کنندگان انطباق کامل داشت و تنها در خصوص بعضی موارد مانند بخش «راهنما» و «درس­های اخیر مراجعه شده» کاربران مطابق مدل ذهنی خود انتظار قرارگیری آن­ها را در دسته­های دیگر داشتند. و همچنین در خصوص برچسب­گذاری ها؛ 66 درصد از کاربران برچسب تنظمیات را مناسب­تر از ترجیحات دانسته­اند و کارکرد بعضی مانند «مدیریت مدال­ها»، «ترجیحات مدال­ها» برای آن ها ابهام داشت و همچنین دسته بندی ارائه شده در سه بخش «پروفایل کاربری»، «دسترسی سریع» و «درس­های من» مورد تایید کاربران قرار گرفت .
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می­دهد که میزان انطباق مدل ذهنی دانشجویان با ساختار سیستم مدیریت یادگیری دانشگاه تهران در حد مطلوب قرار دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Adoption Rate of Students' Mental Model with the Structure of the Learning Management System of the University of Tehran by Card Sorting Method
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: E-learning is an important topic  in the educational settings and students are  significant prerequisites of it,  who have an essential role for the acceptance and effective use of e-learning management systems so that knowing their attitudes and mental models is essential for the successful implementation of such a method. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the Adoption Rate of studentschr('39') mental model with the structure of the learning management system of the University of Tehran using the card sorting method.   
Methodology: Research had qualitative approach with card sorting and interview tools. Usabilitest software, descriptive statistics, distance matrix, and hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the data. Sample consisted of 15 postgraduate students at Tehran  University (second semester of the academic year 2019-2020) that were interacting with the learning management system (Moodle).
Findings: Findings indicate that out of 42 cards examined, the status and classification of 36 cards (85%) in the learning management system were fully consistent with the participantschr('39') mental model and only in some cases such as "Help" and" Recent lessons referred" according to their mental model, users expected these sections to be placed in other categories. As well as labeling; 66% of users found the "settings" tag more appropriate than their "preferences" and the function of some, such as "medal management", "medal preferences" was unclear to them. Also, the categories presented in the three sections: "User Profile", "Quick Access" and "My Lessons" were approved by users.
Conclusion: The results show that the degree of adaptation of studentschr('39') mental model to the structure of the learning management system of the University of Tehran is at a desirable level.
