عنوان فارسی تأثیر حفاظتی هشت هفته تمرین هوازی تناوبی بر بیان دکورین، TGF-β و حجم تومور در مدل حیوانی سرطان پستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله دکورین مایوکاینی است که ازطریق تعامل با فاکتور رشد تومور بتا (TGF-β)، رشد و تکامل سلول­های سرطانی را تعدیل می­کند. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی اثر حفاظتی هشت هفته تمرین هوازی تناوبی بر بیان دکورین TGF-β و حجم تومور در مدل حیوانی سرطان پستان است. در این تحقیق تجربی40 سر موش آزمایشگاهی مادۀ نژاد بالب سی به­روش تصادفی و به­طور مساوی در چهار گروه کنترل، تومور، ورزش و گروه ورزش به­همراه تومور تقسیم شدند. تمرین اصلی، چهار هفته قبل ‌و چهار ‌هفته ‌بعد از کاشت تومور با 50 تا 70 درصد توان بیشینۀ موش­ها اجرا شد. موش­های دو گروه تومور و گروه ورزش به­همراه تومور، ازطریق جراحی زیرجلدی با تومور آدنوکارسینومای پستان موشی سرطانی شدند. رشد تومور به­صورت هفتگی اندازه­گیری شد و در پایان مطالعۀ تومورها و بافت عضلۀ سولئوس ازطریق جراحی استخراج شدند. برای بررسی بیان ژن دکورین و TGF-β از روش Real-Time PCR استفاده شد و داده­ها به­روش آزمون­های تی  تحلیل واریانس یک­طرفه و به­دنبال آن آزمون تعقیبی توکی با سطح معنی­داری 05/0P< تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.  میزان رشد تومور درگروه تومور به­طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه ورزش به­همراه تومور بود و تفاوت معنی­داری در میزان بیان دکورین در عضلۀ سولئوس بین چهار گروه وجود داشت .(F=12/30,P=0/0023) همچنین، آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین هوازی تناوبی سبب افزایش معنی‌دار بیان ژن دکورین در بافت عضلۀ سولئوس در دو گروه ورزش نسبت به گروه کنترل و گروه ورزش به­همراه تومور  نسبت به گروه تومور  شده است (P=0/02)، اما میزان بیان TGF-β در بافت تومور در گروه ورزش به­همراه تومور نسبت به گروه توموری‌ کاهش معنی­داری نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات هوازی تناوبی احتمالاً با افزایش بیان دکورین و کاهش بیان TGF-β، در کاهش رشد سلول­های سرطان پستان نقش دارد که اهمیت این نوع تمرین ورزشی را در ‌مهار ‌رشد تومور در سرطان پستان نشان می­دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی Protective effects of eight weeks interval aerobic exercise on decorin, TGF-β and tumor volume in atypical animal of breast cancer
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The decorin is a myokine that modulates the growth and the development of the cancer cells through the interaction with TGF-β. The present study is aimed to evaluate the protective effects of 8 weeks interval aerobic exercise on the expression of decorin and TGF-β, and tumor volume in a typical animal of breast tumor. Materials and Methods: In a exprimental research, forty adult female Balb/c mices were randomly divided into four groups: control, tumor, exercise, and exercise with the tumor. The main exercise was performed four weeks before and after tumor with 50-70 percent of the maximum power of mices. The mices were cancerous by subcutaneous surgery with tumor of adenocarcinoma of mice breast in the tumor group and the exercise group with the tumor. Tumor growth was measured weekly. At the end of the study, tumor and soleus muscle were extracted by surgery. Real-Time PCR method was used to evaluate the expression of decorin and TGF-β and data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA and post-hoc methods with considering the significant level of p<0.05. Results: The tumor growth rate in tumor group was significantly higher than the exercise group with the tumor. A significant difference confirmed between four groups In the level of decorin expression in soleus muscle (F=12.30 , P=0.0023). The Post hoc test showed that 8 weeks of interval aerobic training significantly increased the expression of decorum gene in soleus muscle in two pairs of exercise group compared with control group and exercise group with tumor compared to tumor group (P=0.02). The expression of TGF-β in tumor tissue showed a significant reduction in exercise group with tumor compared with tumor group. Conclusion: Our results showed that interval aerobic training probably contributes to decreasing the growth of breast cancer cells by increasing the expression of decorin and decreasing the expression of TGF-β.
